Activity Details:-
A clean environment is an indicator of the progress of human beings and with the motto of clean environment Government of India has initiated ‘Swaccha Bharat Abhiyan’. The NSS unit of Siddharth College of Arts, Commerce & Science Boradpada, Badlapur has taken this opportunity and initiated a cleanliness drive in and outside the college campus & Village. As a part of regular NSS activities, our NSS unit has organized a cleanliness drive on the college campus and across the approach road. The activity started from the Collage Campus and besides the road.
During this activity, volunteers cleaned the approach road from the College campus to the Village roadside and chopped the unwanted bushes along the roadside. They also removed the grass and weeds beside the divider and picked up the all plastic garbage from both sides of the road. The drive concluded at the main gate of our college. A total of 39 volunteers participated in this event.
